SO MUCH TO SAY: Do your best

SO MUCH TO SAY: Do your best: "As my endless journey to get that perfect body and after many hours at the gym and just noticing little or almost no changes at all on me....."

Do your best

As my endless journey to get that perfect body and after many hours at the gym and just noticing little or almost no changes at all on me...I decided to try this promising work out DVD set.
Must be honest here...it took me a while to decide whether to buy it or not...I watched all the infomercials, went to that tube video web site to see real results and I must say all the stories were amazing but I got overwhelmed because I knew there was no way I was going to be able to follow all the routines to completion...but the only way to find out was just to go and try it.
So,I got the DVD set, a pull up bar, got some dumbells, a resistant band and off curse my yoga mat...I was committed and I wanted to be a P90X graduate.
After 3 weeks of cardio prep...this guy was so ready to give it a try....I still remember my first week, it was tough! ...but kept doing what Tony said on all his routines....Did my best and forgot the rest and little by little I was getting better and better... my results were amazing but soon that I knew the holidays came by and with that I ended up gaving up my routine....bad decision!
I am sure I'm not the only one with this problem in here but once again I will give myself another chance and I'll start all over again...this is my 3rd week of cardio preparation and I think I am ready to push play one more time.
Now, I'm not saying this is the miracle tool to get healthier after all what matters is just to do some exercise to see results... so get off the couch and do your best and forget the rest, a new you is waiting....

Size Healthy

It seems that since we are born we are told by the media to be skinny and as a result we all try hard to be sbelt but let's face the truth, to be skinny is not to be healthy.
Women are obsessed with that Size 0 and we all men would love to be fit too but till what point would you loose yourself to reach that goal?
In my case, since I was a teen ( not long ago) and when I finally realized that being chubby wasn't going to get me anywhere closer to my first crash...went my self from diet to diet...low calorie, low carb, soup diet, meal replacement diet... you name it... I've done it!
And then, after so many starvation diets and reaching that wanted weight goal of mine (I have tried it many times...many, many ...many times)...I felt awesome but as soon I dropped the diet there was my extra pounds bouncing back times two!
Sad and frustrated did my research and this boy ate all kind of books and articles about staying fit...and all came to one simple conclusion...you can't starve your body if you wanna be fit, you gotta work it! ...Yes, as simple as that! ...we have to exercise if we want to be fit...not only you will lose those extra pounds but you will be more energized and guess what ? ...You could even eat more...Well, eat more as long as we have a well balance diet.
It takes time, discipline and a big commitment with yourself but in the long run your efforts will pay off...Yes, you may say blah! blah! blah!
Ok,ok! We all have tried but it is hard to stay on track and most of us end up falling off the wagon but what matter is that you tried and maybe next time you would do better...remember there is always a maybe or an If as long as there's a wish...and I wish I was fit for life... so I won't give up and will give myself a chance again, who knows maybe this time I will conquer my goal... Remember as long there's a will there's a way...just do your best and forget the rest.
